As an IELA Member you have exclusive access to this unique tool, which is designed to assist you develop your business.
The IELA Standards Survey relies on your independent and fair assessment of the services that other IELA Members have supplied to you. By completing the survey form for each member company whose services you have used throughout the year, cumulative data on their performance in delivering their services is gathered. Of course all other members will also be assessing their satisfaction with your services. The more members that take part, the better the quality of the data; so we urge you to complete as many surveys as possible and encourage other members to do the same.
The data gathered is analysed to produce averages specific to each IELA Member, across each particular area of service. Member companies should then use their ‘scores’ to compare their peers’ satisfaction with their services, measured against ‘benchmarking’ averages calculated from all data from all companies. This informs members whether their services are above or below the IELA average, according to the opinions of their industry colleagues.
The IELA Board of Management has directed the Executive Management to encourage ALL members to complete as many surveys as possible. The Board has also requested the Executive to make contact with IELA Members that fall well below the average, to encourage and assist their development of the weak areas in their services identified by the IELA Standards Survey. Companies that continually fall well below the average year after year, will eventually have their membership of IELA challenged.
We therefore ask that you take the time to complete a survey for each IELA member you have worked with during THIS YEAR.
Please make sure you complete a separate Site Agent and Export Agent Survey for each IELA member you have worked with.
