Help:

These surveys are aimed at improving the level of service we provide to our customers. It is possible to complete multiple surveys one for each company you have dealt with over the previous year. There is no limit to the number of companies you can survey.

NOTE: you can only survey a particular company once although you may be able to view the questions again only your first answers will count. Clicking through all the questions prior to "actually doing the survey" will invalidate any future responses.

How to login

To start surveying other IELA Members click the "Complete Survey" button as shown below:

How to select a survey

This will take you to the survey selector page which allows you to select the type of survey you wish to complete:

For standards surveys click the top most arrow and you will be presented with a drop down selector which allows you to select either an "Export Agent" Survey or "Site Agent Survey" as shown below

How to select a company to survey

Once you have made your choice another drop down selector will appear which contains every IELA member company Except Your Own.  It is only possible to survey other companies, you can not survey your own business.

Click the "Do Survey" button to start surveying your first company.

Read the rating instructions to understand the scoring system in the example above it is clear that 1 is the lowest rating and 7 is the highest.

Click "Next" to move onto the next question (There are only ten questions in this particular survey.) once completed you will be presented with a copy of your scores as seen below:

Reviewing your answers

If you are happy with the answers you have given click the "Accept These Results" button or to do the survey again click "Retake Survey" button.

Doing Another Survey

After clicking the  "Accept These Results" button will take you back to the select a company to survey area but the company you have just surveyed will have been removed from the list and the next company in alphabetical order will be selected. as below

Continue doing this until you have completed a survey for every company you have worked with during the previous year.

logging out

Once you have finished you may click the "Log Out" button on the menu bar

Clicking log out takes you back to the log in screen - this is not an error it is by design.

Viewing your results

It is possible to check how your own company is doing during and after the survey process. To do this click the "View My Results" button as shown below:

This takes you to a drop down requester that allows you to select an historical survey to view your own scores

Select the survey you wish to view and you will get a break down of your score as below. If less than five companies have surveyed your company you will not be eligible for the standards awards.
